Deadline for ordering for Christmas delivery is noon on December 18, 2009.
Most items will be shipped directly from wholesale warehouse. Items are generally shipped within 7 workdays [usually within 3 workdays except during peak seasons and during end-of-year inventorying]. We watch warehouse inventories closely, but sometimes inventories are depleted quickly. There may be delays if an item is unexpectedly out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you and give you the option to wait or to have your money refunded in full. At times, the warehouse substitutes items with like items. If this is the case, we will notify you of the substitution and provide you with the option to accept the substitute or to have your money refunded in full. Local customers cannot pick up orders from the warehouse; and we regret that due to distance and toll charges, it is not feasible for us to pick up orders for customers. All orders will be shipped directly from the warehouse via shipping service offered.
We only ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We do not ship internationally. A handling charge may be assessed if an order from outside the 48 contiguous states is placed. For orders to be shipped via ground transportation [such as UPS, DHL], shipping address cannot be a post office box.

We aim to keep our prices low. In order that we can accomplish this, we have a set return policy. Please read carefully.
#1) Please ensure that you want this product before ordering. #2) Please ensure that there is sufficient time for you to receive the product [see warehouse shipping timeframe below and verify carrier transit time]. #3) Return policy is "Exchange only". Buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges to return a product(s) and for any shipping and handling charges to have a product(s) shipped as exchange. Additional processing fees and restocking fees may also apply. Product must be returned in unused condition in original carton with all original materials within 5 days from receipt (as shown by carrier) for exchange. Use the "Contact Us" option to send us an e-mail to get a return address before attempting to return any item. #4) Products come with a manufacturer's 100% satisfaction guarantee against defect. If product is defective in quality, materials, or workmanship, it will be replaced with the same product. Follow instructions in the shipping documents to contact Customer Service to get a Return Authorization Number [RA#] to return the defective product and to have a replacement shipped to you. Do not return any product without getting an RA# from Customer Service. #5) Warehouse does superb packaging; but, by chance, if package is damaged in shipment resulting in damage to the product, please contact us via the "Contact Us" option on top of this website. #6) If you need to contact us for any reason, please use the "Contact Us" option on top of this website. |
